  When attempting to get a loan, One expects to get about 1/3 the value of the item. Apparently, that is more of a "rule of thumb" in this shop. I had an Item that literally still had display tags on it from being so new. Zero scars/dents or defects. I paid $119 for this item and asked how much they could give me, "$20" She said. "Is that 1/3 of the value?" I asked "ABOUT that" she has the audacity to tell me. The attempted to justify her lowball by saying the item was "really common"
