  I absolutely love SBI. Their customer service is amazing! I run an upholstery company in Seattle and was looking for a company that could help us with stain protection. I called many places and was disappointed by the horrible customer service. Not with SBI, Jason answered the phone and was just delightful to speak to. He answered all my questions, was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have called in on other occasions and have spoken to other staff who, likewise, have been great. SBI gets the job done right and they have super fast turnaround timing. I highly recommend them.
